It also represents the first step of the Chongqing brand "Jie Huanxi Fish Maw Chicken Malatang" as it enters the global food market. Jie Huanxi, carrying its dream, has chosen Singapore as the location for its first global store. We focus on offering high-quality, heartwarming, and storytelling malatang.

This broth is a rich and fragrant essence derived from dozens of natural ingredients and spices, slow-cooked with native chicken stock for 72 hours. By meticulously crafting this base, it brings forth flavors that are intensified and refined over time. Using this soup base, they have further innovated with new flavors like "Tomato Soup Base" and "Heritage Pickled Vegetable Soup Base." Tradition and innovation are both showcased in every bowl of this aromatic broth.

The secret of excellence lies in the careful selection of ingredients. All the key seasonings at Jie Huanxi, down to the Sichuan peppercorns, chili peppers, and heritage pickled vegetables, are sourced directly from their places of origin in China and air-shipped to Singapore to ensure authentic flavor and premium quality. Among the hundreds of dish options available, dozens are rare specialties from various regions in China, including protected geographic indication foods and intangible cultural heritage delicacies. These unique ingredients are worth savoring, representing a fusion of Eastern and Western culinary traditions.

Our Story

Jie Huanxi, the pioneer of Fish Maw Chicken Malatang, uses broth-making techniques passed down through three generations. Over 20 pure natural ingredients, such as dried scallops, dried abalone, and old hen, are slow-cooked for 72 hours to create this rich, fragrant, and smooth fish maw chicken soup base. With chicken soup as the foundation, the team carries forward the craftsmanship while innovating new forms, incorporating more heritage ingredients and traditional cooking techniques to create popular signature flavors such as the "Tomato Soup Base," "Heritage Pickled Vegetable Soup Base," and "Spicy Fragrant Pot."

In May 2024, Jie Huanxi Fish Maw Chicken Malatang opened its first global store in Singapore. Supported by a strong domestic kitchen team, Jie Huanxi brought many unique heritage dishes from China, including the exclusive creation "Crystal Slippery Pork," to Singapore. The combination of rare delicacies and meticulously crafted broth quickly made Jie Huanxi stand out in the market, gaining widespread recognition.
